The Snowmen Have Arrived
And are waiting patiently in the basement for the festive launch of GlassBlowers Christmas, our always popular holiday retail event.
We're holding a Launch Party and Exhibit Opening,
Friday November 15th, 5:30pm.
We hope you will join us for the opening of Glassblowers Christmas and a gallery talk and exhibit opening presented by Curator of Collections Olivia Padula.
Friday November 15th, 5:30 - 6:30 pm
- Gallery talk by Curator of Collections Olivia Padula
- Formal opening of her two new exhibits, "From the Makers Hands" and "Nina Sutton"
- Viewing of the festive Christmas trees covered in hand crafted blown glass ornaments that we call Glassblowers Christmas
- Light refreshments will be served
This is the final week of Heartbeats and Harmony, the mesmerizing and inspiring collaboration between Bob Dane and Carl Lopes. The final day is Saturday Nov. 2nd.
The Giving Season is Almost Here
...and the Sandwich Historical Society, like most regional historical societies and museums, depends heavily on the support of the community we serve.
