During this class, Sheree will offer Reiki individually to awaken your creative centers, while Nicole bathes you with the harmonies of sound to free your vision. The weaving of these therapeutic modalities encourages the body and mind to relax, giving one a deep sense of peace and clarity. After the meditation, you will be provided art supplies to create, write, or draw whatever inspires you. In addition, prompts, light guidance, and tools will be available to support your creative journey.
