Dive into the playful side of glass sculpting in this ocean-inspired borosilicate workshop! Students will learn how to build a small glass creature from the ground up, focusing on colorful tropical fish while developing foundational sculpting techniques.
You’ll explore how to shape and control molten glass to form a recognizable figure, learning how to properly attach and refine features like fins, tails, and expressive details. Emphasis is placed on heat control, balance, and clean construction so your piece holds together beautifully while capturing personality and movement.
This class combines creativity with technical skill-building, giving you the tools to bring your own tiny sea creatures to life in glass.
